Exciting Opportunity: Junior Transfer Secretary in Milnerton, Cape Town

A leading company in the recruitment industry, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Transfer Secretary. This is an excellent chance to join their dedicated administrative team in Milnerton, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the administrative team in carrying out various tasks related to property transfers.
  • Coordinate and manage documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide clerical support such as drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications.
  • Liaise with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes.
  • Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements for property transfers.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A relevant qualification in law, property studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the property or legal sector.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Attributes: A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
