A leading company in Western Cape is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent chance to join a collaborative team in Cape Town, CBD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate office supply management, ensuring resources are available for staff as required.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, promoting efficiency through effective task management.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant certificate, diploma, or undergraduate degree (desirable).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R230,000 – R240,000 per year.
