A leading company in facilities management, Bidvest Facilities Management, is currently seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a safer working environment across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and continually improve the Safety 360 system to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct at least two planned task observations monthly and provide detailed written reports.
- Collate and analyze health and safety data, ensuring it meets the requirements set by the client’s HSE representative.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs to enhance employee awareness.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within facilities management.
- Skills: Strong understanding of safety legislation and risk assessment processes.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
