Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and continually improve the Safety 360 system to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct at least two planned task observations monthly and provide detailed written reports.
• Collate and analyze health and safety data, ensuring it meets the requirements set by the client’s HSE representative.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs to enhance employee awareness.

Requirements

• Qualification: Relevant qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within facilities management.
• Skills: Strong understanding of safety legislation and risk assessment processes.
