Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage winding engines efficiently, following strict safety protocols.
- Ensure smooth transportation of materials by controlling the winding process on both AC and DC machines.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of engine operations and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Onsetter and other crew members to coordinate operations effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Certificate in GET Education, Training, and Development.
- Certifications: Recognised Winding Engine Driver certificate issued by the DMR.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience as a Winding Engine Driver.
- Skills: Proficient in handling AC and DC winding engines.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R70,000 – R100,000 per year.
