Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in managing the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing candidates.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee training programs and assist in performance management processes.
Requirements
- Education: A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight
