Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO across five different entities.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in an efficient manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Assist in project management and follow-up on deadlines for key initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant administration or business management degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
