Exciting Opportunity: Administration Clerk in Bloemfontein

Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? Raubex is currently seeking a dedicated Administration Clerk. This is your chance to join a reputable company in Bloemfontein, Free State.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases to ensure all information is organized and accessible.
  • Capture and process data accurately and timeously, ensuring that all entries are correct and up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting other departments as required.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Relevant certification or diploma in Administration or similar field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
