A leading company, Time Personnel, is currently looking for a dedicated Junior Personal Assistant to COO. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a key executive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Milnerton, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO, including managing schedules, communications, and documentation.
- Assist with the organization of meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for all business-related documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations, turning technical language into clear, concise documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communication between the COO and various stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations as needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric and a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within an educational institution or corporate environment is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
