Exciting Opportunity: Skills & Equity Advisor in Johannesburg

A leading company, Profession Hub, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skills & Equity Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate skills development initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement Skills Development Plans and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Analyze and evaluate skills gaps across various departments and propose effective training solutions.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and stakeholders to enhance skills development programs.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on skills development outcomes to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the skills development environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of South African skills development legislation and frameworks.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
