Are you organized and customer-focused? Rivingo Trading Pty Ltd is looking for a friendly and capable Admin Clerk to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic environment while honing your administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Perform daily clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
  • Respond to public queries efficiently and professionally, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Assist in mailing tasks and managing correspondence to ensure smooth communication flows.
  • Update and maintain the company database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic database management.
  • Education: A relevant qualification or degree is a plus but not mandatory.
