Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager / Executive PA in Cape Town

A leading company, 99c, is on the lookout for a skilled Office Manager / Executive PA. This is an excellent chance to join a prestigious team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of office functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide executive support and administration, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office activities and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the office budget and financial records, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and other external partners.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an office management or executive assistant role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R22,000 – R28,000 per month.
