Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the admission and departure processes for children, ensuring compliance with all organizational procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize the emotional and psychological wellbeing of the children.
- Be an active member of the Programme Team, contributing to team goals and assessments.
- Maintain expert knowledge on social work issues and adhere to the ethical standards of practice.

Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Prior experience in social work or related fields, particularly in child welfare and protection.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of social systems, policy issues, and child development theories.
- Licensure: Must be a registered Social Worker in South Africa.
