Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the onboarding process.
- Guide clients through onboarding systems, providing necessary training and support to enable effective use of our healthcare solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting client issues and resolving queries promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate company systems and applications seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress in our internal databases.
Requirements
- Qualification: Previous experience or relevant qualification in a customer service or client support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; comfortable performing basic computer tasks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a keen ability to solve problems and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
