Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to identify and convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Provide expert advice on freight forwarding and groupage services to clients, tailored to their specific needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and Key Account Management, specifically within the Freight Forwarding industry.
