Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting high-caliber technical talent across various engineering fields.
- Evaluating candidates thoroughly to ensure they meet the standards and requirements of technical positions.
- Utilizing specialized platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other developer communities for candidate outreach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective candidates to foster a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for technical roles and optimize the recruiting process accordingly.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in similar roles, preferably with a focus on engineering talent.
- Skills: Proficient in sourcing strategies and using recruitment software efficiently.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging candidates effectively.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R35,000 – R55,000 per month.
