Exciting Opportunity: Key Accounts Manager in Cape Town

A leading company in the hospitality and food service industries based in Cape Town is looking for a dedicated Key Accounts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant team and make a significant impact in a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance relationships with key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and meet company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns tailored for key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and provide regular reports on account performance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or key account management, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of the hospitality market.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills to evaluate account performance and inform strategy.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R16,000 – R19,000 per month.
