Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll administration for a group of approximately 65 employees.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives for enhanced organizational development.
- Maintain accurate disciplinary and employee records to ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Handle all HR administration tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.

Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management and payroll processing.
