Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate skills development initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement Skills Development Plans and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Analyze and evaluate skills gaps across various departments and propose effective training solutions.
- Collaborate with external training providers and stakeholders to enhance skills development programs.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on skills development outcomes to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the skills development environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of South African skills development legislation and frameworks.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
