Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of assets in compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage asset inventories, ensuring proper categorization and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to track asset allocation and utilization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management policies.
- Conduct regular audits of asset records and physical assets to identify discrepancies.
- Participate in the financial closing processes and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years in a financial environment, preferably within a project-based or NGO context.
- Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
- Education: Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
- Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
