Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant to CEO in Pretoria

A dynamic multi-entity group in the hospitality, property, and operations sectors is urgently seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. Zeebra Junction offers an exciting work environment in Pretoria where you can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO across five different entities.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in an efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on deadlines for key initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administration or business management degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactivity: Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R22,000 – R30,000 per month.
