Exciting Opportunity: Part-time Administrator & Personal Assistant in Cape Town

A leading company, RecruitMyMom, is seeking a meticulous and composed Part-time Administrator & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder and the wider consultancy team. This role offers approximately 15–25 hours of work per month, perfect for those looking to balance professional commitments with personal life in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing communications.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the Founder and team members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Manage social media accounts and update the company website as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and email management systems.
  • Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours as per project requirements.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R10,000 – R15,000 per month (based on similar positions in the market).
