This role offers approximately 15–25 hours of work per month, perfect for those looking to balance professional commitments with personal life in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing communications.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the Founder and team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
- Manage social media accounts and update the company website as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is essential.
