Exciting Opportunity: Front Office & Finance Assistant in Pretoria

A leading company in the finance sector, People Dimension, is looking for a detail-oriented Front Office & Finance Assistant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This position offers an excellent chance to develop your career in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical tasks including scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to EXCO members as required.
  • Assist in the organization of financing documents and other essential paperwork.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in finance or administration is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a finance or office administration role is a plus.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,000 per month.
