Exciting Opportunity: Creditors Clerk/ Office Administrator in Western Cape

A leading company, Communicate Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Creditors Clerk/ Office Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in the beautiful Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process stock invoices and ensure accurate costing for financial tracking.
  • Coordinate general office administration and manage reception duties efficiently.
  • Assist in project-related financial administration and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Support recruitment processes by managing vacancies and documentation related to hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to streamline financial operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications in finance or administration.
  • Experience: Proven track record in financial administration or similar roles.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R300,000 – R360,000 per year.
