A leading company, HR Genie, is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer in Human Biology and Integrated Pathology. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with undergraduate and postgraduate students in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in Embryology and Systems-based Gross Anatomy to both 1st and 2nd-year Medical and Health Sciences students.
- Coordinate the delivery of educational content for Health Science students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Maintain advanced subject knowledge of Human Anatomy to effectively guide student learning.
- Develop and evaluate course materials to ensure a high standard of education.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to the academic community through publications and presentations.
Requirements
- Qualification: PhD in Human Biology, Anatomy, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a lecturing role, preferably in Health Sciences.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities along with a passion for education and mentoring.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with current educational technologies and methodologies.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
