Exciting Opportunity: HR Business Partner in Mpumalanga

A leading company, Craven Cottage CC, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Mpumalanga. If you’re passionate about people operations and HR support, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for all day-to-day queries, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
  • Facilitate the effective execution of people operations by collaborating with department leaders to address workforce needs and concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive HR records, including employee contracts, performance documentation, and various leave requests.
  • Support in administering HR policies and practices to align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor legislation, and HR analytics.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills to effectively partner with diverse teams.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.

(Note: Salary figures are based on market estimates for HR Business Partners in South Africa.)
