Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for all day-to-day queries, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
- Facilitate the effective execution of people operations by collaborating with department leaders to address workforce needs and concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records, including employee contracts, performance documentation, and various leave requests.
- Support in administering HR policies and practices to align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor legislation, and HR analytics.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills to effectively partner with diverse teams.
