Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals to drive learning initiatives.
- Evaluate and continuously improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
- Manage the design and delivery of leadership development programs to foster a strong leadership pipeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Learning & Development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale learning initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methods and adult learning principles.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R45,000 – R60,000 per month.
