Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and related regulations.
- Conduct regular site assessments to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Lead safety meetings and training sessions with contractors to promote a culture of safety.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks and accidents on construction sites.
- Document and report any safety incidents, and implement preventative measures.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
- Certification: SACPCMP registration is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
