A leading company in the industry, Omega People Solutions, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Key Account Manager. If you thrive on building relationships and analyzing performance to expand accounts, this role based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze client performance metrics and provide strategic insights to drive revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns aimed at enhancing client engagement.
  • Regularly report on account status and performance, sharing data with management to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or client success roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong capability to analyze performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
