Exciting Opportunity: Administrator: HR Admin & Payroll in Pretoria

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional? South African Revenue Service is currently seeking a dedicated Administrator: HR Admin & Payroll. This is a prime opportunity to join a vital team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR client services pertaining to Human Resources and Payroll across the organization, ensuring efficient support to HR operations.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Ops Manager on various HR administrative functions, including employee records management and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail while processing sensitive employee information and payroll data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and payroll-related matters.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant HR or Business Administration degree or similar qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a HR administrative role with exposure to payroll systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
