Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR client services pertaining to Human Resources and Payroll across the organization, ensuring efficient support to HR operations.
- Assist in the implementation and management of payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Collaborate with the Ops Manager on various HR administrative functions, including employee records management and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail while processing sensitive employee information and payroll data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and payroll-related matters.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant HR or Business Administration degree or similar qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a HR administrative role with exposure to payroll systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
