Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the debtors’ ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up on outstanding debtors, maintaining effective communication to ensure timely payments.
- Process monthly statements and ensure all relevant documentation is filed correctly.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
- Prepare reports on the status of accounts and provide insights on payment trends.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant qualification in accounting or finance preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a debtors or accounts receivable role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
