Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the creditors’ ledger, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately and timely.
- Capture and maintain organized digital and physical archives/filing systems for all relevant documents.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering inquiries and maintaining office supplies.
- Processing invoices and ensuring that all payment documents are complete and properly authorized.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree/diploma in finance or accounting.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a creditors or accounts payable role.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R180,000 – R216,000 per year.
