Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance initiatives to assure quality and food safety within various operations.
- Implement and maintain ISO standards (ISO 22000 & 22002) and food safety protocols (HACCP, VACCP & TACCP).
- Conduct internal audits and provide training on quality management systems and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all products meet necessary safety and quality regulations.
- Monitor processes, report on compliance, and drive improvements in food safety practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in food safety or quality management.
- Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance within the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication and analytical skills.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month.
