Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Employee Benefits team, ensuring efficient operation of daily functions.
- Manage claims processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of benefits-related queries from employees.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for claims and benefits administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs and policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Administration.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within HR or benefits administration.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; strong communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Understanding of employee benefits and applicable regulations will be advantageous.
