Exciting Opportunity: Employee Benefits Administrative Assistant in Cape Town

A leading company, Rory Mackie & Associates, is seeking a detail-oriented Employee Benefits Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to provide vital operational support within a vibrant sports organisation based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Employee Benefits team, ensuring efficient operation of daily functions.
  • Manage claims processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of benefits-related queries from employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for claims and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs and policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits, providing clear and accurate information.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within HR or benefits administration.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; strong communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employee benefits and applicable regulations will be advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
