Farm Manager SA is currently seeking a proactive Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team in the beautiful Eastern Cape. If you are passionate about payroll and human resources, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Administer HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain compliance with relevant labour legislation, including BCEA, LRA, and COIDA.
- Utilize payroll software (preferably Sage) for efficient payroll management.
- Oversee UIF and EE contributions and ensure submissions are made timely.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration and HR functions.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of labour laws and payroll regulations.
- Skills: Advanced computer literacy is essential; familiarity with payroll systems is highly advantageous.
- Qualification: Relevant HR/Payroll certification or diploma will be beneficial.
- Drivers License: A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
