PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATOR in Fort Beaufort, Eastern Cape

Exciting Opportunity: Payroll & HR Administrator in Fort Beaufort

Farm Manager SA is currently seeking a proactive Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team in the beautiful Eastern Cape. If you are passionate about payroll and human resources, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
  • Administer HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant labour legislation, including BCEA, LRA, and COIDA.
  • Utilize payroll software (preferably Sage) for efficient payroll management.
  • Oversee UIF and EE contributions and ensure submissions are made timely.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration and HR functions.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of labour laws and payroll regulations.
  • Skills: Advanced computer literacy is essential; familiarity with payroll systems is highly advantageous.
  • Qualification: Relevant HR/Payroll certification or diploma will be beneficial.
  • Drivers License: A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
