Are you a personable individual with a knack for creating a welcoming environment? HR Genie is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team in the bustling hub of Sandton, Johannesburg. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of an esteemed company!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk efficiently, ensuring a warm welcome to all visitors.
  • Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain office tidiness and ensure the reception area is presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Demonstrate high energy levels, contributing positively to the office atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse clientele.
  • Attributes: High level of energy and a friendly demeanor are crucial for maintaining a welcoming environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
