Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Manage the switchboard and provide basic information to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Handle administrative tasks including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing mail.
- Assist in the coordination of office activities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and other common spaces.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years as a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator.
