Join a leader in the industry! Schauenburg Systems is on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Manager – Head Office to help shape their workforce in Kempton Park, Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR initiatives and contribute to our commitment to equal employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent while adhering to equal opportunity protocols.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices to management and staff.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff at all levels.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R45,000 – R60,000 per month.
