Are you a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills? Lomar Group Holdings is currently looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join their team in Pretoria. This role presents a unique opportunity to manage the front desk while leveraging innovative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations while providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration is a plus.
