Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely processing of invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Verify, allocate, and post transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct a review of accounts and ensure payments are reconciled efficiently.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including preparing reports and reconciling discrepancies.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding inquiries related to payments and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Qualification: Relevant financial qualification or experience in a similar role.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
