Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure efficient emergency management protocols are in place.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including addressing tenant complaints and ensuring a high level of service.
- Coordinate security measures and maintain effective relationships with local law enforcement and authorities (SAPS).
- Manage air conditioning and cleaning services, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
