A leading company, ARVO, is searching for a well-organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its team in Franschhoek, Western Cape. This is an excellent chance to be part of a dynamic organization that values efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to keep information organized.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming inquiries and follow up on action items.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or certification in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

💰 Salary Insight
