Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career? Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Investment Assistant to join a premier Wealth Management firm in Somerset West, Cape Town. This is a permanent, onsite role that offers significant opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to investment advisors, ensuring smooth operations related to investment activities.
  • Manage the organization and upkeep of client files and records while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure that all communication is clearly documented.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and investment advisors, addressing inquiries and supporting client onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience within the financial or investment sector is highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R360,000 per year.
