Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Dis-Chem’s merchandising standards are properly executed and maintained throughout the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Build, face up, and stock all merchandising displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Maintain the daily physical upkeep of the store, ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Collaborate with management and other team members to optimize product placements and enhance sales performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in retail merchandising or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both customers and staff.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and organizing products.
