Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source international talent across various sectors.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to facilitate effective matchmaking.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
- Utilize various channels for sourcing, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and labor market conditions globally.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment with a focus on international placements.
