Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control the daily operations of the Front of House Department.
- Ensure that the Front of House standards of The Royal Portfolio are met and maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
