Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager / Executive PA in Cape Town

A leading company, 99C, is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Executive PA. This role offers the chance to lead the strategic and operational management of office services in the vibrant city of Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational management of office services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support and administration to senior management.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maximize productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in office management or administration.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an office management or executive assistant role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant office management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
