A leading company, AF Consulting, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist & Company Secretary / Trust Administrator to join their team in Hermanus, Western Cape. This role offers an excellent chance to contribute to a dynamic work environment and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries.
  • Oversee company correspondence and keep files organized.
  • Assist in the preparation of trust documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
