Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues using effective problem-solving skills.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications for end users.

- Assist in the implementation of new technology and infrastructure projects.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 – 5 years in an IT Support or Systems Administration role.
