Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management or Sales roles, demonstrating a proven sales track record.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a “hunter” mindset to drive new business.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R420,000 per year.
